Many women, who want to look fresher and younger than their age, take good care of their face. At the same time, they forget that the condition of the skin on the neck and décolleté will tell you about your age much earlier than the face, if you leave these beautiful and attractive details of a woman's body without proper attention. Therefore, it is very important to start monitoring it along with your facial care. If a woman, taking care of her face, does not forget about the neck and décolleté, then their withering process is postponed.
Rejuvenate neck after 40 years
How to keep your neck beautiful in adulthood? If you think it's expensive, then this is simply not the case.
Products and products that every housewife usually has in the kitchen are suitable for fighting skin aging. Applied properly, we can use it to perform the necessary anti-aging procedures: cleansing, masking or wrapping.
Neck rejuvenation - procedure
The first and most important procedure is peeling. It is suitable for rejuvenating the skin of the face and neck. This action will remove the dead cells from the top layer of the skin.
You can easily peel it at home.
Of course you have salt, soda, oatmeal flour (you can make your own by chopping ground oats in a blender) and kefir.
Take a large spoonful of ingredients and mix everything. For dry skin, you can add unrefined vegetable oil. Using a soft bristle brush, massage your face, neck and décolleté in gentle circular motions for 2-3 minutes. Then rinse the mixture and apply a nourishing cream.
Neck rejuvenation at home can be done with chemical peels.
Rub half a lemon on the neck and décolleté until a slight redness appears. Keep the lemon juice on the skin for no more than 15 minutes, then rinse and lubricate the polished area with a nourishing fat cream.
Use a blender to make a mixture with any berries that are close together. It is better to choose berries that contain a lot of acid, because it dissolves the keratin cells of the top layer of the skin well. Apply the slurry to the area to be treated and do your household chores. After 20 minutes, wash off the berry mass and apply one of the masks given in the next chapter to the treated skin.
If you have sores on the skin, irritation or allergies to the components of a home peel, then you can not carry out the procedure.
After cleansing, when the pores of the skin have opened and are breathing, you need to "feed" it. This is done using a homemade mask. It never hurts to lie back and relax with pleasant soft music.
home mask
- Dilute 30 g of fresh yeast (can be replaced with 1 dry sachet) in 60 ml of water, add half a small spoon of olive oil. Mix everything and let it rest for 5 minutes. Apply the mask in 4 layers: apply each subsequent layer on the previous dry layer.
- Pour 25 g of oatmeal with 120 ml of hot water and let it cool until warm. Apply to skin and cover with parchment. Insulate the mask from above with a towel.
- In equal proportions, mix honey with flax flour, pour a little warm water, add olive oil.
- Egg, 50 g of cottage cheese, 10 ml of aloe juice, 50 g of sour cream.
Apply honey on neck and décolleté and hold until slightly reddish (up to 10 minutes), then rinse. After such a mask, you will not get tired of admiring the fresh and transformed skin.
Neck wrap
If you want your neck to be smooth, there's nothing wrong with doing this procedure twice a week (preferably every other day).
Warm linseed (or olive) oil to 40 degrees and apply with a brush to problem areas, cover with a cloth and fix in a way that is comfortable for you. Leave this kind of compress until morning. At night, all the oil will be absorbed into the skin, and nothing needs to be cleaned.
5 g of glycerin, the same amount of olive oil and a few boiled potatoes. Mash the potatoes with butter and glycerin. Put it on the neckline and neckline, cover with a napkin and keep for half an hour. Then wash clean.
Laser neck rejuvenation
The peeling method of skin cleansing takes place in three stages. First, a special agent is applied to the skin, which supplies the skin with nutrients, preparing it for the next laser exposure.
At a later stage, the cosmetologist directs the laser beam to the problem areas of the skin.
The length of the beam and the time of its action depend on the problem and condition of the epidermis and are determined by the doctor. The method of pain relief is determined depending on the type of skin cleansing. If the peeling procedure is performed at a superficial or moderate level, then local anesthesia is used, and at a deep level, general anesthesia is used.
At the final stage, after all the procedures are completed, the skin is covered with a special paste that promotes the restoration of the subcutaneous tissue and accelerates the healing of the skin.
At each stage of the procedure, the patient is under the watchful supervision of a doctor. The operation of the equipment is also under the close supervision of a specialist who establishes the necessary parameters for the laser device: beam length and exposure time. Therefore, unforeseen events are excluded. The duration of laser peeling depends on the patient's skin condition and individual characteristics.
How do laser beams work?
A laser beam aimed at an area of the skin burns its top layer, thereby eliminating the blemish. In addition, the rays provoke neighboring cells to regenerate and multiply rapidly.
On the one hand, the laser burns out distorted and disorganized cells, on the other hand, it restores and makes the neighboring, nearest cells work better.
The reaction of cells to this laser stimulates the spontaneous production of collagen, which is responsible for skin elasticity.
Another important positive characteristic of laser light is its ability to neutralize microbes. It destroys the pathogenic flora on the skin and immediately disinfects it.
